At Urnaam, all sales are final. We DO NOT provide refunds for any products purchased through our store. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that they are purchasing the product with the understanding that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the order has been processed and completed.

 

Return Policy

Urnaam DOES NOT offer a return policy. Once a product has been delivered and payment has been successfully made by the customer, the item will not be accepted for return. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details before making a purchase, as all delivered and paid orders are considered final and non-returnable.
